Andrew has used wireless devices, including iPhones, to capture and record patient data in the NHS. His presentation reports on the information security improvements that have been made and the challenges faced when using commercially available mobile devices in a corporate environment. Andrew will also give with some pointers on the information security risks associated with your iPhone. The talk will be followed by a question and answer session.

Battery technology
Batteries are at the heart of nearly everything which moves, and affect us everywhere we go. A short symposium was held in Glasgow and reviewed present technology and future trends, concentrating on vehicles and fuel cells, which are the fastest moving areas.
