Ethics and Professionalism
To help members and the public to interpret its Rules of Conduct and to understand the demands of professional behaviour, the IET is establishing a web zone on professional ethics and the IET. The draft content for the zone featuring two case studies was demonstrated to members at a workshop at the Volunteers Conference. The draft zone can be viewed at www.theiet.org/about/ethics/
Feedback from the workshop, which was attended by almost 70 members, was very positive, with the overwhelming majority rating the zone as a valuable resource.
